A measured, human approach to lasting transformation
Coaching is not a pep talk. It is a deliberate, structured practice that meets you where you are, clarifies what matters, and walks with you — step by step — until the change you seek becomes the change you live.
Four convictions that shape every engagement
Before we look at a calendar or a goal sheet, we begin with a frame. These principles are the soil from which every coaching relationship at Finansaldenetci grows — and they are why our clients stay long after the first contract ends.
Presence over performance
We do not optimize people into machines. We cultivate the kind of presence that lets you make wiser decisions under pressure — at work, at home, and in the quiet of your own mind.
Depth over speed
Real change is rarely fast and never surface-level. Our engagements are paced to honor the time your nervous system, your relationships, and your ambitions all genuinely need.
Structure serves freedom
A clear framework is not a cage — it is the trellis that lets a vine grow taller than it could on its own. Every session has shape; every program has arc; every milestone is named.
Wholeness over fragments
Career, health, relationships, meaning — these are not separate projects. We work with the whole person, because the part of you struggling at work is the same part that needs sleep and tenderness.
From first conversation to lasting change
Most engagements unfold over four to nine months. The path below is our standard arc — adapted, stretched, or compressed depending on what your life is asking for.
Hearing the real question
We begin with a complimentary chemistry call, then a deeper intake session. The goal is not to pitch services — it is to name the question beneath the question you arrived with.
- 90-minute intake and life-mapping
- Clarify what success would actually look like
- Agree on a scope, rhythm, and timeline
Building the inner instrument
Before we set goals, we strengthen the tools — self-awareness, nervous-system regulation, reflective practice. This is the quiet work that makes everything else sustainable.
- Weekly 60-minute coaching sessions
- Tailored reflective assignments
- Baseline assessments and check-ins
Where the work becomes real
Now we move into the arena. Together we design experiments, hold you accountable, and adjust the plan as reality responds. This is the longest, richest, and most demanding phase.
- Bi-weekly sessions plus async support
- Real-time coaching between sessions
- Midpoint review and recalibration
Making the change your own
The final phase is about consolidation: stepping back, naming what is different, and putting structures in place so the growth outlasts the engagement. Many clients opt into alumni support.
- Final integration sessions
The four pillars of our practice
Beneath every method, every worksheet, every conversation lies the same architecture. We draw from evidence-based disciplines — positive psychology, somatic awareness, narrative coaching, and behavioral design — and braid them into a single, coherent practice.
-
ClarityCutting through noise to name what is true, what matters, and what is yours to act on.
-
CapacityBuilding the physical, emotional, and cognitive resources to actually carry the life you want.
-
ActionDesigning experiments small enough to try this week and honest enough to learn from.
-
AnchorInstalling the habits, environments, and relationships that protect the new ground you have won.
A week in the work
Coaching is a practice, not an event. Here is what a typical rhythm feels like once an engagement is underway.
Live sessions
One 60-minute video session, every week or every other week. A space to think out loud, be challenged kindly, and leave with one clear commitment.
Async check-ins
Voice notes, brief messages, and a shared reflection log between sessions. You are not waiting two weeks to be heard.
Tailored practices
Short readings, journaling prompts, somatic exercises, or behavioral experiments — chosen for the actual question you are working on that week.
Quarterly review
Every three months we step back: what shifted, what did not, what needs to be redesigned. The plan belongs to the truth, not the other way around.
Confidential container
Everything shared stays in the room. We hold a strict, professional standard of privacy so you can say the things that are actually true.
Honest measurement
We track meaningful indicators together — wellbeing, decision quality, relationships, energy — so the work is visible, not just felt.
What people ask before they begin
How long is a typical coaching engagement?
Most clients work with us for four to nine months. Some continue in a lighter alumni rhythm for a year or more. The first conversation is always the right place to talk honestly about what timeline fits your situation — there is no script to follow.
Is this therapy, consulting, or something else?
It is coaching. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We do not consult on your business or hand you a strategy deck. We walk alongside you as you do the work of becoming — clearer, more capable, and more yourself in the rooms that matter most.
Do sessions happen in person or online?
Both. Most clients meet with us over secure video and find it deeply effective. For those in the region, in-person sessions can be arranged at our studio or a quiet space of your choosing.
What if I am not sure what I need yet?
That is the most common place to start. Our discovery call is designed exactly for this — a calm, confidential conversation to help you hear your own question. Many of our most meaningful engagements began with someone saying, "I am not sure, but something has to change."
How do I know my coach is the right fit?
Fit matters more than credentials. We always begin with a chemistry call, and if we are not the right guide for what you are navigating, we will say so — and often point you toward someone who is.
Curious whether coaching is right for you?
The best way to find out is a simple, no-pressure conversation. We will listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly what we think — whether or not that includes working together.
